The hotel was cool and fairly clean inside, I liked it. Well-kept and perfect room with bright bathroom. Bountiful breakfast, helpful service. The location was phenomenal and the staff here was flexible.

Everything was excellent! Warm staff and well-appointed rooms, we had a fab experience. Perfect location to grand rapids public museum. And it also had particularly good view.

Soundproof room, delicious breakfast options, amazing beds. Accommodating staff! The hotel is in a magnificent position and the airport is 16 miles away.

The place was fairly clean and staff were personable, I appreciated particularly good location. Exceptionally comfortable beds and multi-channel television, a writing desk and an iron. They made my stay fabulous. Lots of food for breakfast, food was appetising.

We greatly enjoyed the AMAZING view. Next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We were upgraded to suite on check in.

Staying close to van andel arena and possibility to explore devos place. A short walk to the restaurant the chop house.
